You need rain for a rainbow
Indigenous Peoples’ Day weekend is a VERY busy weekend for leaf peeping in Vermont. It’s a three-day weekend for many, and the leaves are still glorious in much of the state, so why not take advantage of that extra day! This past long weekend’s weather didn’t cooperate much, though… Saturday was sunny and gorgeous (though a bit cool) but Sunday and Monday were both cold and rainy — what I call ‘raw’. I did see people out and about making the most of it all the same: Awesome! You are my people!
While walking my property at the end of the day yesterday (Monday), the sun peeked through the clouds a few times while it was setting and I know there’d be at least a small rainbow… and I wasn’t disappointed!
